Finca Lérida has been producing specialty coffee in the highlands of Boquete, Chiriquí since 1924. The estate spans five farms at altitudes between 1,500 and 2,000 meters above sea level on the slopes of Volcán Barú — the same terroir that produces the world's most celebrated coffees. A consistent top-10 finisher at the Best of Panama competition for over 15 years, Finca Lérida was also named #1 coffee in the world at the 2003 SCAA competition in Boston.

What Makes This Finca Lérida Catuai Honey Coffee Special?

This Catuai is honey processed — after harvesting, the natural mucilage (the sticky, sugar-rich layer surrounding the bean) is left intact during drying. This method creates a cup with more sweetness, a fuller body, and a silky, rounded mouthfeel compared to a traditional washed coffee. The medium roast lets the honey process shine, balancing origin character with roast warmth.

Tasting notes: Caramel, stone fruit, brown sugar, and a smooth, lingering sweetness with hints of citrus.
