    Panamanian Geisha has been shown to have exceptional quality, due to its cultivation at high altitudes (over 5000 ft above sea level). This bean is known for its delicate flower and jasmine cup profile, with fruit elements. It does not have a lot of caffeine and its delicate flavor gives it a tea-like consistency and taste. Many consider the Geisha one of the top-rated coffee beans in the world.

  • Catuai

    This bean is a type of Arabica coffee. It is a cross between the Mundo Novo and the Caturra beans. The plant can produce yellow or red berries. It is considered to be a mild to medium-bodied coffee with a variety of attributes, with descriptors of chocolate, caramelized sugar and honey.

  • Caturra

    This Arabica bean is a natural mutation of the Bourbon coffee plant that makes it grow smaller. It is considered one of the most sought-after coffee varieties because it offers a light-body profile. This bean is very versatile with different types of roasting. In the light roast, the cup profile is crisp and has a citric acidity. In a medium to dark roast, the acidity is lowered and the cup profile becomes sweeter.

Our coffee comes from the highlands of Boquete and Volcán, grown at elevations starting at 1,600 meters above sea level. This unique terroir, combined with expert cultivation, produces beans that are naturally smooth, vibrant, and free of bitterness. We focus on small-batch, specialty coffees — including the world-renowned Geisha, celebrated for its delicate floral aroma and complex notes of jasmine, bergamot, and tropical fruit.

Panama's flavors don't end at the coffee farm. We also offer a curated selection of authentic Panamanian chocolate and hot sauce — including I Love Panama Chocolate, Bocao, and Ivana hot sauce.
