This Arabica bean is a natural mutation of the Bourbon coffee plant that makes it grow smaller. It is considered one of the most sought-after coffee varieties because it offers a light-body profile. This bean is very versatile with different types of roasting. In the light roast, the cup profile is crisp and has a citric acidity. In a medium to dark roast, the acidity is lowered and the cup profile becomes sweeter.
